Leadership
The firm is led by Victor Cueto, P.E., whose background in structural design, field engineering, construction and multidisciplinary coordination spans various sectors, including industrial, commercial, energy, and municipal projects. His real-world engineering judgement shapes the firm’s practical, constructible approach to project delivery. He also brings advanced structural credentials, including a Masters degree in structural engineering and successful completion of the NCEES structural (SE) examinations, supported by hands-on project site engineering and management roles on large to mega construction (EPC) projects.
